Presidents Update | June 2026
Dear OIFC Family,
Saturday 27 June is shaping up as a fantastic day for our football club, and we would love to see all past players, supporters, sponsors, members and friends back at Karen Rolton Oval for our annual Past Players & Supporters Day.
For the first time this season, all four OIFC teams will be playing at home, creating a great opportunity to reconnect with old teammates, catch up with friends and support the next generation of OIFC players.

Supporting Bucky's Beach Relay
This year, the day will also raise funds for Bucky's Beach Relay, a wonderful cause honoring the memory of much-loved past player Simon "Bucky" Baccanello.
Many of us were fortunate enough to know Bucky as a teammate, friend and clubman. Supporting this event is a great way for our football community to come together and continue his legacy while contributing to a cause that means so much to so many. We encourage all past players to reach out to your old teammates, organise a catch-up and make a day of it.
Whether you played one season or one hundred games, coached, volunteered, sponsored or simply supported the club from the sidelines, we'd love to welcome you back to Karen Rolton Oval.
Let's fill the clubrooms, support our teams, raise valuable funds for Bucky's Beach Relay and celebrate everything that makes OIFC such a special club.
