With the 2017 season approaching, the club has undergone a number of coaching changes this off season.
New A Grade Coach is Michael O’Leary. Michael played SANFL for Norwood and Sturt in the 1990's before retiring and taking on coaching roles with SPOC, University B Grade and most recently with Pembroke last year.
New A Grade Assistant Coach is Damian Boots. Damian played for Sturt and Rostrevor OC before moving to coaching juniors at PNUFC, Sturt and St Ignatius College.
We would like to thank outgoing coach Jeremy Cini for all he has done at the club over the last few years. He has helped put the club in a strong on field position and he is always welcome around the club. He is moving on to other opportunities and we wish him all the very best for the future.
New B Grade Coach is Nick Ben. Having spent a few years coaching the C Grade, getting them to a couple of finals appearances he gets the opportunity to take on the challenge of the B Grade.
New B Grade Assistant is Mitch Humphris with Pete Tyson and Luke Kerins as runners/assistants.
A huge thank you to outgoing B Grade Coach Liam Carr for the last few seasons making the B Grade a powerhouse and hopefully he will still be around the club throughout the season.
New C Grade Coach is currently unfilled. The club is looking for someone to take on the role vacated by Nick Ben who moves up to the B Grade. If you or someone you know is interested in the role please contact media@oifc.com.au and I will pass the details on to the right people.
New D Grade Assistant is Enrico Casciano. Having unofficially assisted throughout the club for many years he joins Keckle in an official assistant role as well as his work on the committee.
